Background:
Indyfest showcases the best live original bands in Canberra.
The one day/night show has been running since 1990 and traditionally features multiple stages, all ages access, stalls, extreme demonstrations, food, games and promotions.
Indyfest has also featured music industry representatives from around Australia to view the annual showcase. Industry
representatives are being encouraged to attend in 2008.
For 2008 Indyfest has received a grant from ACT Arts (ACT Government) to assist with this year’s show.
This will be Indyfest’s 18th show and is scheduled to kick off on Saturday 8 March 2008 and be rocking well into Sunday morning.
